Ceremony & Protocol: Wedding Planning Project
The purpose of this project is to introduce you to the Wedding/Event Planning process. You will be charged with researching, creating, designing and planning a wedding.
Level 1: Determine any outside rentals including: Tents, tables, chairs, linen, tableware etc...
First of all, we need arch decorated with the flowers and a long carpet path with the chairs for the guests on the both sides. Tables and chairs for dinner that are situated under the big tent. Each table would have linen, lights, flowers and glassware, plates, cutlery for each guest. Another tent for newlyweds in order to prepare for the ceremony. Place for dancing: floor, scene, music band. Tent for the kitchen where should be tables, tableware, cutlery, dishes. Lights, Photo area, transportation, balloons, rice/rose petals/bubbles, chair decorations, usher, sound system, servers are also included.

Level 3: Identify any lighting needs. Is there additional lighting needed for the dance floor, center pieces; identify this vendor.
