The candidate needs to share the aims and objectives set by the Calmin Staffing Group. The Calmin Staffing Group is looking for the experienced recruiter, who would develop and manage the recruiting strategies, hire employees, and be responsible for the variety of other human resources policies.

Velina A. Jackson appears to be the perfect match for the position. Based on her resume, it might be assumed that she has the vast experience in the sphere of human resource management. Having expressed the interest in the position, the candidate stresses the point that she is used to the scope of the tasks, which are required from the Recruiting Specialist. Even though Ms. Jackson has never been employed as a recruiter, her recent job as an HR admin taught her to manage human resource strategies as well as made her aware of some of the steps and elements of recruiting, such as writing the job description.

Having worked as an Employee Service Specialist, Ms. Jackson might be guided not only by the professional and academic knowledge of the employee but also by the scope the applicant will be able to contribute to company’s objectives and effectively work in a team. With the experience of work as a Canadian Benefits Coordinator and the U.S. Benefits Coordinator, Ms. Jackson can advise the human resource professionals on the ways to measure the efficacy of employee’s performance as well as to develop the flexible benefits system. Her experience might also be useful in tracking the efficacy of her own work as well as the advantage the employed candidates bring to the company.

Ms. Jackson also fits the academic requirements of the position. In 2008, she graduated with the Bachelor degree in Management, which is related to the field of human resources. Currently, she is studying to get a Master’s degree in human resource management from Strayer University, which makes her qualified enough for the position she has applied for.
