Introduction
The COOP program is a structured educative strategy which aims to integrate the knowledge learned in the classrooms with the real world experience. COOP program takes place in the final semester for the undergraduate students in YUC and many other universities around the world. The practical experience in a COOP program lasts for 14 weeks. The employee in a professional position prepares the students to be an appointed employee and gives them a chance to have an experience of the real working environment.My 14 weeks experience started from January 24th, 2016 in Alyaqoot Kindergarten as an administrative assistant for the principal. The environment is comfortable and encouraging to work in addition to the spirit of joy that the children add to the place. It is a pleasure to return to my kindergarten where I started off my educational journey.
Background of the Company
Alyaqoot Kindergarten is located in Yanbu Industrial City of Madinah Region. Alyaqoot is an academic institution that was founded in 1991 by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu under the supervision of the Administrative of Educational Services Unit in Royal Commission of Yanbu. The kindergarten is concerned with the children in the preschool phase from the ages of four to five. It provides them with the much-needed education and care. Since 1991 Alyaqoot has taught and prepared thousands of children to be better and responsible generations. Alyaqoot Kindergarten inculcates moral, Islamic and cultural values in young children. It does by fostering such occasions and helping the children understand by celebrating the two Islamic Eids, Saudi National Day and Cultural Festivals
Alyaqoot Kindergarten
Alyaqoot Kindergarten provides programs for two educational levels known as KG2 and KG3. The school has a total of five classes. Eight teachers are responsible for these classes in addition to one Quran teacher. The teacher educates Islam in all five classes. The nine teachers constitute the academic department while the administrative unit is made up of the principal and two assistants. All the staff in Alyaqoot Kindergarten keep the following vision and mission in mind.Vision:To make a generation of pioneers, develop creativity and inculcate moral and Islamic values.
Mission:
