Culture: "The Sunglow" Case Study

A company which I am working in is a local manufacturer of sunflower oil. It is called “The Sunglow” and is located in Denver, CO. The volume of output is low and the company concentrates on manufacturing just one product. As a result, the owners make a deal with a global company and merge with it.
