The problem of a global crime receives a great response in the world. The worldwide terrorism problems, sex transferring, drug trafficking issues always are connected to the global organized crime groups. This paper
contains the description and definition of the global crime and its threats to the modern government systems of different states. In addition, the description of the worldwide criminal justice system is considered in current student work. The types of global crimes also are represented in this paper. The problematic of global crime issues affect on the worldwide political situation is also considered as an important aspect of criminology development. Particularly, the description of cyber crimes and theirs negative issues are represented in this paper as the priority object of research. In addition, this paper concludes the statistic data about cyber crimes and the example of the greatest cybercrime. The end of this work contains the summarizing of the discussed information.

Perhaps, the most important characteristic of modern society is the globalization. This process touches any kind of human activity. The process of globalization permits to improve many kinds of industry and to develop
cultural, political and business connection between different states. Unfortunately, the organized crime is no exception. The globalization processes lead to the fact that one organized crime group might active in
different countries.
In the 21st century, global crime creates the dangerous predicate for the national security of many states. It can affect the economic and political system of the country, reduce the economic growth and leads to change in the political power system of the state. The complex of all these and other aspects creates strong argues to developing of criminal justice system and the methods of effective investigation and prevention of these
crimes. The increasing of the influence of global organized crimes and a difficult problem of tracing or stopping them creates the importance of transnational discussion of this topic.
