LASA Time Lines Outline
During the next few weeks, there will be done two projects, which will be based on the Franklin County Women's Shelter organization. “Franklin County Women’s Shelter (FCWS) is seeking a committed, dedicated individual to serve as a member of the AmeriCorps National Service Program for one year.” (Franklin County Women's Shelter, 2015).
The current paper will describe time line to completing two projects: “LASA 1: Intervew Report” (2014) and “LASA 2: SWOT Analysis Report” (2014). Also, there will be identified activities, which will be performed to complete the task with its detailed description and tough completing terms.
1.There should be agreed a day of interview with an administrator of Franklin Country Women’s Shelter (Frankfurt). There is expected that the meeting will take place during 1 week.Up to 7 days
2.There will be prepared a list of questions, which will be asked during an interview. The questions will require the administrator to describe a typical day at work (schedule, rules and terms, responsibilities, advantages and disadvantages, personal recommendations, etc.)Before the meeting – up to 7 days
3.After an interview, there will be made an analysis of the administrator’s answers and challenges, which he / she encounters daily. There will be provided the information about staffing, planning, making decisions in different fields, alignment with the organization’s mission, etc. The conclusion of this part will show the main identified benefits and negatives of the administrator’s job in Franklin Country Women’s Shelter1 day
4.There will be evaluated external influence, which is made by political implications, requirements and policies, etc.1 day
5.On the basis of the administrator’s opinion, there will be explanation of opportunities for collaboration, which will be described clearly and in details1 day
6. On the basis of the received information of the administrator’s experience, there will be forecasted future trends of human services. This part will discuss different areas, such as management care, government policy, funding, technological advances and access to services, etc.1 day
7.Finally, there will be made a general conclusion of the work, which was done and the main ideas, which appeared after an interview with an administrator of Franklin Country Women’s Shelter, Inc. The recommendations and future forecast will be summarized in the Report.1 dayFinally, “LASA 1: Interview Report” may take minimum 2 days and maximum up to 12 days.
LASA 2. On the basis of the interview with the administrator of the Franklin Country Women’s Shelter, Inc. and the received results of its analysis and evaluations, there will be completed SWOT Analysis of the company.
