1. Benefits of cardiovascular exercise:
Improved heart condition. Heart is also a muscle, and if you train it, it will be easier for it to pump blood without deterioration.
Better metabolism. Exercises increase your rate of metabolism and you need less time to reduce your weight.
Higher recovery ability. Regular exercises make it easier to do sports and your recovery time decreases.
2. Benefits of muscular training and endurance training:
Weight control. Better rate of burning calories
Prevention of accidents. There is less chance to have such accidents as falling or loosing balance, as muscles are strong and provide stability.
Decreased risk of chronic diseases. Your body has less fat, so you will not have some problems like high blood pressure, increased blood sugar level and others.
3. Benefits of flexibility exercise
Your body will hurt less after a difficult training if you combine it with the flexibility exercises.
You will have less risk of injuries and back pain.
Increased range of joints motion.
4. My current exercise level is different from the recommended level. I try to walk everyday as much as possible, but I spend a little less than 150 minutes a week and can’t say that my trainings are regular. I try to spend more time on aerobic activities, also I do not have more than 2 muscle-strengthening trainings in average. So, my current level is not critical, but it is better to make my activities regular.
5. Water is needed to decrease the temperature of the body and to move nutrition and oxygen to the muscles and some waste products away from them, people need to consume fluids to compensate water losses. So, the need for fluid changes with the increased physical activity. Dehydration makes it more difficult for the athletes to perform physical activity. Every heart bit pumps less blood, also dehydration reduces the ability to transport nutrition and oxygen to the muscles; temperature of the body increases.
6. In case of aerobic training, glycogen produces glucose and then it breaks down to produce oxygen and generate energy. During aerobic breathing the continuous break down of sugar will allow more activity to be done in comparison to anaerobic breathing which will just be able to consume the energy it currently has, and it won’t be able to produce more.
7. Shortage of food can cause serious problems. Athletes need to accumulate energy before the training, not to feel bad during it, as sport activities consume much energy, they need to maximize glycogen and hydrate the body. People also need to maintain the energy balance during the training, intake of fluids can enhance endurance. Eating after the training helps to replenish substances lost during the exercises.
8. A person using some supplements should ensure, that the ingredients are safe for the athlete, that he has no medical conditions making it dangerous to use the supplement, if he uses another medicals which cannot be used with the supplements or ergogenic aids.
