The relocation of the office is a big problem for the organization because it dissolves the context of the projects it runs and works at. As the habitual background disappears, the normal workflow requires some time to adjust to the new environment. Finally, RedAir has limited resources available for workplace arrangement, which emphasized the importance of careful and well-thought planning of relocation.
