I am an enthusiastic, creative and curious person, passionate and motivated about being a part of the restaurant business
I am driven by the desire to decide all the potential risks and the challenges faced by management of a business. I strive to receive much information about various subjects to form my own opinion.
The chosen hospitality industry (restaurant) is on the growth path
As hospitality industry is recovering related to the growth in the disposable income of customers after the financial crisis 2008, the career opportunities in this sphere are broad.
More than 8 years of working experience in hospitality business at Heathrow airport
Understanding of the core principles of organization’s operations, relationships with colleagues, supervisors and customers
The choice of managerial roles are started from internal search
I observe that restaurants invest in its internal staff, promoting the most talented and skilled employees to higher career ranks, in particular, executive ones

During 8 years of working experience, I met several managers that completely did not fit to the positions held. I have recognized their mistakes to not repeat these actions and attitudes in my future managerial career.
