Recognizing Employee Contributions

As a Human Resource Manager, it is a person’s duty to make the employees feel valued and respected while they are working for the company. These employees have to be given incentives and recognition for the good work they have done for the company (Quast, 2011). Without the good work of these employees, the company will not continue moving forward because there will be no one to delegate the work to. By having a well-planned benefits package for the employees, they will not go anywhere.

This is especially beneficial for employees who already have a family because they can list them down as beneficiaries. Taking into consideration that their performance in the company will not be compromised even if they are assured of these benefits, especially the sick leave or paid vacation.

Health benefits will cover hospital room charges, emergency treatment. Their dental treatment that does not need hospitalization will be covered by the company, and vision care expenses that include frames and lenses, contact lenses, and other …
