The goals of the organization rest among the parts of the strategic planning process involved in the creation of new products. These have further abilities of improving the performance of the company indicating to a positive relationship between performance management PM and the strategic plan of the company. The strategic planning process occurs during the initial creation with the entire team of employees involved. The employees each raise their operational goals based on the strategic goals developed. Their performance on each of these goals contributes towards the ultimate goal as evidenced in the performance planning stage under the PM. There creation of alignment between the goals of the organization and the operational goals of each employee attained by educating them on the links between the two influences their efforts towards performance.

Having a working and stable organization structure is an essential in attaining the connection between strategic planning and the performance management. Creation of a positive relationship between the employees and the supervisor leads to increased efficiency in performance.

Total support from the administration and the board of Proctor & Gamble inclusive of the stakeholders is needed during the same period. Providing training to the employees within the organization will also aid in increasing awareness and promoting a relationship strategic objectives and PM hence garnering company wide support for the performance management system.

According to Sujova, Rajnoha & Merkova, (2014), the performance management results for any company are measured through the financial indicators achieved. These range from the profits obtained, the turnover for the period and the market share gained. The achievement of these only proves possible in the presence of strategic objectives and effective performance management measures. Having an effective organization structure is key considering it improves the relations between the different departments and employees.

Topic one: A good 360 degree feedback system needs to contain self assessment results, ratings from the line managers, and self efficacy for the development among other features (Bailey & Austin, 2006). The application of the above relies on the possibilities of data ownership besides accountability of the participants. Commitment and credibility whereby the process of feedback has to be looked at as credible or good increases the level of confidence that the employees have in the results. These influence success of the development process aimed at improving the employees. Lastly, for 360 degree feedback to be effective on the side of the participant, continuous training and development aimed at improving the skills is essential. In addition to the above, confidentiality is key in ensuring peace in the organization and each employee benefits from the process gaining knowledge of their weaknesses and strengths and improving their areas of shortcomings.
