Nowadays high service quality level has become a key factor of sustainable business development. In order to achieve it companies need to develop a proper human resource management strategy which will allow to attract or to bring up qualified and well-trained stuff. Efficient human resources can become company’s major source of competitive advantage (Snow, John).
The strategy in the company shall start from finding the reason of poor work environment which has led to low stuff morale and, as a result, negatively impacted productivity and retention of stuff.
Composed questionnaires include several most common factors leading to the poor working environment. The stuff questionnaire highlights workplace satisfaction (1-3 questions), feeling appreciated and valued (4-5 questions), employee retention (6-7 questions) and organizational culture (8-9 questions). The administration questionnaire highlights evaluating performance (10-11 questions), employee relations (12-15 questions) and organizational relationships (16 question) (“Sample Interview Questions For Managerial Positions”).
After gathering and analyzing the data a plan of amelioration shall be developed (Snow, John). It includes not only education and training but mostly creation a favorable atmosphere in the whole company where financial and moral principles are taken into account.
In order to accomplish innovations human resource department requires personnel of three employees. HR director will be planning, directing, and coordinating work tasks. Employment and placement manager will be informing employees about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, compensation, perform background and reference checks, interview applicants. Training Manger will create and develop training programs for the company.
