Invitational Skills

Being an open-minded person is not the same as sharing personal information, and though I consider myself to be an open-minded person, I still prefer to keep my private life to myself. However, I have two close people, whom I can tell a secret in case I really need a piece of advice or just want to speak out. Nevertheless, I do not share everything to these two people either, because it is essential for me to have a private space. For me personally, to divulge my dearest secrets is like to go against my own principles. If the fact would really destroy our friendship, I would probably regret telling it for a long time, maybe even for the whole life. What I am confident in is that my close friend would not tell out my secret to anyone else. I know two people whom I can fully rely on – my mother and my close friend, because they have never disclosed any confidential information about me – at least as far as I know. That is why the only reason I would avoid sharing some of my personal information to one of them is …
