One of the primary objectives of the research is to investigate the ways of implementing leadership in multinational companies. Another objective is connected with investigating the maintenance of the multinational company according to the foundational principles and the accepted image of the company by the global community. The research will also explore the significance of leadership and ideology in maintaining sustainability of the multinational companies in their successful development over the long period of time.

The globalization and further development of the market introduces unexpected changes for the activities of the companies all over the world.
