money.

Re-entry can be described as a process of support for criminal offenders to integrate into the normal environment and their communities. The parole system has to incorporate the effective and advantageous re-
entry programs. Accordingly, the government spends a lot of money to incarcerate and then release offenders with no effort to limit their prospect to break the law. Also, the offenders that require additional help, may be obliged to visit psychiatric, training, or other facilities for further treatment or education. This may assist the offender to turn a productive citizen and integrate into the society rather than re-offend.

The re-entry program can be organized with the use of examination and psychological observation who will be successful and benefit from the process. The use of GPS technology, bracelets, and the devices that monitor
alcohol in blood levels can be implemented, in order to send the information to the office for the consideration. It is important to note that assisting the parolees in finding jobs may also contribute to the effectiveness of the program.

society and help offenders to integrate back to the community.
