The modern justice system have not been doing enough to make sure its prisoners will not come back to being sentenced. At the same time, ex-prisoners face enormous discrimination when it comes to employment and even basic social interaction as they get rejected by society. It is absolutely necessary to reform the re-entry segment of justice system and redirect its focus from punishment to resocialization of ex-prisoners.
