In accordance with assertion based on innovation and globalization theory, which was discussed in book “From zero to one” by Peter Thiel that certainly every successful innovation is followed up by its unavoidable globalization process, thus converting to global scale and subsequent facing by almost everyone in their routine lives.

Everyone faces, but who should be involved in code learning?

Since it transforms more to international heritage, in perfect case, it doesn’t ground on basics of common values, races and genders. This idea should be shared and accepted by everyone. But if taking into account the fact that code also can impact on social sides of lives and consider coding and usage of programming language as not just a tool of software development, but in accordance with Lev Manovich definition - as a glue, which connects nations being international language which everyone understands – then frames of usage can be redefined, setting priorities for those who needs it due to different possible frictions or disputes, when it’s necessary to come up with idea to unite, share common value or at least to show certain way of the possible reconciliation of conflicting parties through all controversies based on religion, races or another wide range of basics.

What would a mandated school, school program look like.(What year, what grade, AP)

To achieve such mutual understanding quite logical conclusion that flows out is necessity of reconsidering of idea of code literacy being implemented in our lives nowadays starting from young age by means of schools. Mandated to this educational facilities would have technical specializations, while educational process itself shouldn’t be imposed using force or any other methods to neither start nor, in worst case, accelerate abruption process at the very beginning. Code literacy classes should be free to visit, no grading system are required, and electiveness is a major key if you’re looking for answer to question of how to get everyone’s attention and not to let choke idea realization at the beginning. Regular program should consist of general introduction to code, basics, which smoothly proceeds step by step to another level and simultaneous explanations about another side of how meaningful for social part code can be to start breeding its understanding immediately.
