Write Up of Library Experience
This summary shows the need for a generalization of bio-medical knowledge and broad medical public about the results of the latest researches. As a theoretical basis for the paper were used the Cochrane database and peer reviewed articles. I am interested which evidences can be found to solve clinical problems? The main objective of introducing the principles of evidence-based medicine into health care practice involves optimizing the quality of care in terms of safety, efficiency, cost, and other relevant factors. The whole complex of the objective conditions and subjective factors implies the urgent need to disclose issues related to the practical application of the principles of evidence-based medicine.
During the search of the literature, I was looking for the potential application of the principles of evidence based medicine. I chose "Improving healthcare quality, patient outcomes, and costs with evidence-based practice" as this article helps to optimize the impact of the adoption of such solutions is largely subjective factors. This article determines the theoretical and practical relevance of the scientific analysis of clinical trials for diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Study of the existing literature presents prevalence of the method of critical analysis. During my research in library I obtained accurate and relevant information from primary sources and carried out an independent analysis. The original view on the evidence-based practices presented in an article about the effect of pressure Ulcer Prevention in U.S. Academic Medical Centers. It should be noted infection control strategies have the practical importance for my research because authors showed functioning of nursing homes for older people. Finally, review the literature on evidence-based medicine shows that the topic due to the breadth, diversity and dynamism is not without gaps and is open to further research.
