Ethical leadership is very important issue in the business world today because there is a large number of companies and organizations whose leaders consider profit to be the main goal. Bernie Madoff is the great example of one of the most unethical people in business. During the time of being a chairman of NASDAQ Madoff managed to become the most recognized unethical leader who ran a nearly $65 billion Ponzi scheme. Ethic was not the main thing that Madoff was concentrating on which led him to failure.
