It is important to note that Shareholder value may be considered as a business term which may imply a success of a company in such extent to which it may enrich the shareholders. This term is also used to refer to the capitalization of the market of different companies as well as to the concept of a company that is a primarily should serve for an increase of the shareholder’s wealth by causing an increase of stock price or paying some dividends.
