Almost any work is rarely done alone; the majority of us have colleagues whose characters and desires we must learn to understand, because we are in close contact with them. After people have worked together for a long time, mutual adaptation and adjustment of their behavior have become the norm, the same views are produced, and often certain rules and regulations are almost mandatory. Thus, from that moment a group of individuals is transformed into a working group, which is a special type of social group.The success of the company depends largely on the ability of its owners and managers to make timely and correct decisions. Many leaders in the fast-paced competition, technological progress, and the unstable economic and political environment have to adapt to the situation.

Adaptation to the environment is an integral part of organization’s existence due to the fact that it receives from the outside the resources needed for its operation, such as raw materials, labor and capital. No organization can be self-sufficient, since resources are a part of nature, the workers - part of society, and capital - the result of the interaction of the first and second.
