Importance of Training & Development
Employees enter a company with varying degrees of competence and expertise. The very reason that they are taken into a job, is because they have a basic skill set which would enable them to contribute to the company’s growth. Not being able to transfer the learning from trainings into the workplace also makes the training a wasted investment. However, if an employee is able to incorporate the new skills & information gained from the training to his job, the company only stands to gain.
