The business idea of the company is to conduct reselling of the fresh water from the suppliers, distributing it among the clients (both private persons and business entities) in a special bottle utilizing a company logo.The main benefits of our product are:- reliable and certified source – all the bottles are provided with the certificate from the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water;- quick delivery – the necessary amount of water will be in the location requested within 1 (less than 10 kilometers), 3 (10-100 kilometers) or 6 (more than 100 kilometers distance) hours upon the contact.
If we fail to delivery within a reasonable time, the client receives water for free;- round-the-clock availability – our managers are available every time of the day, and would react on the request immediately. The client will not have to hold a line when he calls more than 10 seconds, otherwise he receives a 50% discount.- flexible discounts for permanent clients, up to 20% – the more water orders the client, the cheaper it becomes to him.Slogan: “Water is closer than you expected”. The unique selling point of our company is the high accessibility of the water: one can order its delivery any time, and he would receive it almost immediately.Mission Statement of the company is to combat the scarce of fresh water in Abu Dhabi Emirate, mostly in those regions which suffer from poor quality or quantity of the drinking water. We focus our efforts on the rapid reaction towards any request, and we are always ready to provide water in necessary volume.
The SMART objectives of our business are as follows:
1) sell 500 thousand liters of water within the first financial year;
2) obtain a recognizability among the customers, and assure that water supplies in the region are primarily associated with our company;
3) establish a representation in at least one other Emirate, with the potential strategic aim to become a large national water supply network.Form of legal business ownership is a limited liability company.
The major facilities of the company are located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, namely in Al Ain region where the water losses have constituted 93 m in 10 years (Tourenq, n.d.). This region expresses the problems with fresh water, and such positioning would provide the best demand for our product.
