The modern world faces one of the most destructive threats - terrorism. Today, terrorism is considered to be a factor that is able to influence social and economic stability on the global scale. As a result of this dramatic influence, the heads of the leading countries in the world pay close attention to the problem of terrorism by implementing new policies and approving sanctions. Today, the global community is discussing the news about approvement of Iran sanctions by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Iran has long been accused by members of the international community of funding terrorists. However, today this issue has become extremely important because of destabilization of the global economic and political systems. According to New York Times, the Senate committee decided to approve sanctions in order to impact the process of supporting terrorism and human rights violations in Iran that contribute to further development of terrorism (http://qoo.by/23NQ). According to the Senate committee, Iran remains a leading state sponsor of terror. The country uses a large number of platforms and methods so that it is very difficult to fight terrorism effectively. That is why the sanctions are planned to be extremely sweeping.
