SECTION ONE: CONCEPTS, ISSUES & RELATED POINTS: Identify concepts, issues and related key points presented. “What if…Inspirational Team Video” makes viewers reconsider important aspects of personal performance and team building. Specifically, each person is asked to imagine his life and career if he followed the suggested pieces of advice. The video also addresses the one with “what if we…” question, assuming that the person is a part of a team and his personal efforts make the difference in it. (SpiritualCommerce, 2010)
SECTION TWO: LESSONS LEARNED (YOUR KAIZEN): In your own words address the following: RELATED PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: How does specific aspects of the content you reviewed from the readings relate to your own experience? and I do agree that it is important to be positive and open to new ideas. Another effective issue for me was to consider team results as personal success and celebrate it together with a team – it provided team spirit and promoted collaboration.
TOOL BOX: How will you use what you have learned and the awareness you have gained now or possibly in the future?
