The primary research plan will involve development of specially designed questionnaires that will be issued to the general public especially the prospective or target customers in a bid to find out their perceptions regarding online food vending and purchase. A comprehensive market research regarding consumer behavior will entail an investigation of their consumption and demand regarding similar products from other Ecommerce blogging sites. Similar to consumer behavior, specially designed questionnaires will be supplied to a selected sample of the internet users probing them to provide information about their preferred mode of purchase. Analysis of their responses will provide a generalized picture of the overall population’s consumption trend. Such information will be vital because it will help us develop a comprehensive campaign for promoting our Ecommerce purchase program.

A secondary research plan will involve and analysis of the other factors that contribute to online food sales and regulations pertaining online food sales. It will also entail a comprehensive market research regarding the most consumers of online chefs, our direct competitors and the chefs that are willing to participate in online sales.Since the project is mainly internet-based, it will not need so many members to begin operation provided that our website is completely finished and running. For that reason, the project will begin with a group of ten members who will be sent to the different cities that we plan to launch our operations. These city representative will mainly be concerned with informing people about the significance of the project and how chefs and the general population will benefit from the project. Furthermore, since we are mostly online-based, we are not limited whatsoever by city boundaries.

There is an increase in the number of computer and mobile apps to aid in this online purchase leading to an increase of up to 26 % food consumption by private dinners (The Baltimore Sun). Such an increase in the number of consumers who order food online has seen the number of chefs and restaurants who subscribe to these online platforms. The inspiration from chefs and online chef platforms like us foods Charlotte nc, Pampered Chef, chef’store and a series of other online chef training platforms are an inspiration to this project. Thus, our project will entice a number of the other chefs that have not yet subscribed to those online platforms to work with us without any limitation to cities as we intend to operate at a national level in the near future.As identified in previous explanations, some of the competitors include Charlotte nc, Pampered Chef, chef ‘store. However, since recent statistics indicate that only 26 percent American order food online, it gives us courage that if we can properly market our project and mind on quality, we can capitalize on the other percentage and win over many customers.
