Jeff Bezos is well known as the founder of one of the leading technological companies in the world called Amazon. According to his teachers, he did not have outstanding leadership skills at school (Stone 4). Although Jeff was not particularly gifted in leadership he has confidence in expressing his ideas which made him competitive among the peers.
The company of Jeff Bezos has revolutionized the Internet technology (Stone 8). The modern life of people from around the world depends on the Internet as the main provider of information and communication. Small local businesses and big international companies use the Internet to communicate with customers, promote new products or services and establish new partnerships. That is why Amazon plays a crucial role in the modern world. In 2012 Amazon cleared $61 billion and is expected to surpass $100 billion in the nearest future (Stone 11). The author of the book The Everything Store: Jeff Bezos and the Age of Amazon defines the history of the creation of the business and its fast growth to be an iconic story of the Internet age. Amazon started as an online bookseller and then grown into a huge online platform (Stone 12). The company owes its success to the founder Jeff Bezos who managed to become one of the most influential entrepreneurs of our time.
The effectiveness of leadership can be defined as one of the most important factors that influence the long-term success of companies and organizations. This happens because leaders are responsible for setting the right goals and objectives for their companies and motivating the employees to pursue them. Simply put, a leader makes everything within the company work together seamlessly so that other business resources such as managers and staff are effective. Good managers are important however good leader is able to increase the effectiveness of employees and push the business forward.

This can be defined as one of the most important contributions to the effectiveness of his strategic vision because he likes what he does and he wants to do it as good as possible. He is an effective micro-manager who has a number of new ideas and goal for his business and who sets very high standards of work for the employees of Amazon.
