Document 1. Verbatim court reporting services (NRCan-5000018247) closes October 28, 2015
SOW: Natural Resources of Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals for verbatim court reporting services in various locations across Canada, when requested, for the period from award until 31 March 2017 with possible extensions of 3 to 12 month period. The scope of services includes providing of typed transcripts of the oral proceedings of the arbitration hearings in electronic form, in a daily or regular copy format, with flexibility for multiple hearings at the same time and pre-hearing conferences transcription if requested.
Target bidders and document type: The document is targeted for companies specialized in court reporting services. The document type is RFP, since issues an invitation for suppliers, to submit a proposal on a specific commodity or service.
Basis of Payment: The Basis of Payment is firm price which is fixed under Canada's total liability to the Contractor under the Contract in limitation of expenditure section.
Method of Payment: Payment will be performed against invoices submitted upon completion of the Task Authorization in accordance with the Basis of Payment and certification by the Project Authority that work performance was satisfactory and acceptable, within 30 days following the delivery and acceptance of deliverables.

Electronic Proposals: Electronic proposals are allowed and requested to be provided in three separate files: technical proposal, financial proposal, and certifications along with page 1 of the RFP completed.
Basis of Selection: Bidders are selected based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price, with respective weights of 60% and 40% for each score. The prerequisite is bidder’s responsiveness (compliance).
Amendments: One amendment has been issued for this RFP, which includes changes to solicitation closing date and time, Annex B point B2 on point rated technical criteria, Annex C point C3 of pricing details and French version of the evaluation criteria missed in initial document.Instructions of work assignment if required: Additional Conditions section of the Annex A specifies three conditions to be met: bilingual capacity (at least French/English), availability of personnel and notice of hearing, if the bid is selected

Document 2. Fruits and Vegetables, Fresh (W0117-14H045/A).
SOW: This document the supply and delivery of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, as required by the Department of National Defence 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is required that the offerer efficiently and accurately provide food commodities in accordance with the food quality standards specified in the Canadian Forces (CF) - Food Quality Specifications (FQS). It will be effective from approximately December 21, 2014 to December 20, 2015, as a one year period with twelve (12) one (1) month rebid periods.
